Estate Liquidation Services

Encore Events offers a complete package of Estate Services, the most popular being our Estate Liquidation Sales.  An Estate Sale is conducted on-site, usually runs for 2-3 days, is heavily advertised to the general public, is thoughtfully staged and results in an empty and cleaned-out property when the sale is finished. Because we’ve been conducting sales in the Pinellas County area since 1991, we have fine-tuned the art of liquidating estates. There’s nothing we haven’t seen or haven’t done when it comes to estate sales!

 

What makes an Estate Sale successful?

· Knowing value. Key to a successful (profitable) sale is knowing the value of the contents to be sold. As a certified appraiser, William Murphy has the knowledge and experience necessary  to properly price estate contents, whether it’s the jewelry or the junk.

· Staging makes a big difference. Before a sale happens, many hours of behind-the-scenes work is done at a property to showcase the contents. Glassware is washed, trash is removed, and furniture rearranged to make everything offered for sale as appealing as can be.

· Getting the word out! We use every available resource to advertise our Estate Sales, including daily and weekly publications and the Internet, where we have a substantial email following. We feature every sale on this website, complete with photos, directions and tantalizing details.
